The Bill Queer As Folk Bad Girls WINNER Celebrity Stars in Their Eyes		ANDREW LANCEL Andrew is currently starring as DI Neil Manson in the ITV1 police drama ‘The Bill’ a role he has played since 2003. He has also played the role of Dr Andrew Collin in ‘Cardiac Arrest.’and had roles in Soldier, Soldier, Go Back Out, Queer as Folk and Bad Girls.
