CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Any non-compliance of terms will be treated as breach of contract and cancellation fee shall apply. Private contact clause:  Direct contact between the hirer and artiste by any method (at any time prior or after event) is strictly prohibited other than to discuss essential details of the event at the venue. If the artiste is to be booked again by the same hirer or venue this must be made through Revellation Ltd if within 12 months of this booking. No radio, television broadcast or media interview involving the artiste may be made without the prior permission of Revellation Ltd.  Fees, Commission, or Financial Agreements must not be discussed with artiste/s or management at any time.

Any additional costs incurred by the artiste at the event or the Hotel will not be paid by Revellation Ltd without prior permission and authorisation.  Revellation Ltd will if required provide photographs of the artiste however high resolution images may not always be available.  Hirer must not use any pictures/photos/images/logos/wording for promotion without obtaining prior permission from Revellation Ltd.

The artiste/act must be advertised only as stated on this contract to avoid breach of contract.  Flyer/Promotional artwork must be authorised by Revellation Ltd or Artiste Management before going to print as in-correct use of copyright logo’s, images/pictures/photos or in-correct advertising of the artiste/event will result in immediate cancellation of the event and respective cancellation fees shall apply. A live performance/Chart PA  e.g. “4 tracks to backing” must not be advertised as a “concert” as this will be a breach of contract.  The artiste will not appear at the event if payment has not been received in full as per the terms of the invoice delivered and cancellation fees shall apply.  Cancellation of this booking must be made in writing/email to the Head Office of Revellation Ltd. (mail@revellation.com)  Funds are not transferred to artiste until after the event. If the artiste is unable to fulfil for any reason this booking a full refund will be made back into hirers Bank Account/Cheque Refund (or alternative artiste offered if required). No claim for advertising/damages/costs involved shall be made by the hirer if the artiste cancels this booking for any reason.

 

Payment Terms: Full payment is required on booking. Cancellation by hirer:  More than 30 days before date of event 50% of fee will be payable  -  Less than 30 days before date of event 100% of fee will be payable - Non payment of the cancellation fee within 7 days of becoming due will be recovered by Court action. In the event of the artiste being unable to perform because of illness or accident the hirer will be informed immediately and a Medical Certificate forwarded to the hirer if obtained.  This agreement shall thereupon become null and void in all respects.  No claim for damages/costs involved shall be made by the hirer.
 

Revellation Ltd will terminate the appearance of the artiste at any time if Health and Safety conditions at the venue are not adhered to or if the artiste is placed in a position of danger or distress - In this event, no
compensation of refund of fees will be paid.  Act will not appear at event if Rider has not been fulfilled as requested prior to event - For “DJ Sets” and “Live performances” Revellation Ltd will terminate the appearance if equipment at the venue is not provided as previously requested in technical rider or venue is not suitable for the performance (or if the event has been advertised in-correctly) and in this event, no compensation of refund of fees will be paid.  Revellation Ltd cannot be held responsible for non-fulfilment of the booking although every reasonable safeguard is assured.

If at the time of booking the artiste/s is under contract for TV/Film Production filming will take priority over this booking and no compensation or claim shall be made as a result of artiste being unable to perform due to rehearsal or production schedule.  In the event that the performance is prevented hindered or delayed by any public authority, act of God, civil turmoil, strike, epidemic, interruption in or delay of transportation, sickness of the Artist, war conditions or any cause beyond the control of the Artist there shall be no claim for damages by any party to this contract.

If an additional “Rider” to this contract is issued it must be signed and returned as requested in order that the event is confirmed.  Failure to return signed Rider will be taken as a cancellation of event by hirer.  Please allow 5 working days for clearance of Cheques -  Funds must be cleared in Revellation Ltd account by due date to prevent cancellation of event.  Payment Fee: Cheque/Debit Card/BACS/CHAPS - No Charge  Mastercard/Visa - 2%  American Express - 3% (New Invoice will be issued if Payment Fee charged)
